We specialise in selling buy-to-let investment properties. As we will hope to be managing the property after we sell it, we would never sell a property that doesn't work as a buy-to-let property. We cannot take a "sell and forget" approach like traditional estate agents as there will be a relationship for years after the sale.

Portfolio management is the holistic view of the management of your properties as you grow your portfolio. It encompasses all the processes, procedures, structures and strategies involved in the purchase and ongoing management of your portfolio. The approach taken will be different for each investor, some may look for capital growth, some an income and some a balance of both. Homesure will advise on how to manage your portfolio, depending on how you wish to develop it. As Homesure hope to eventually manage any properties we sell, we will only recommend properties that will let well and fit in with your overall investment strategy.

Tenanted properties

We always try to ensure properties are sold with a tenant in place. This gives the buyer an income from day one, often from a tenant who has lived in the property for years. If you buy a property for a normal estate agent, you often need to wait until you get the keys before you can start advertising the property and start viewings, this could mean the property could be empty for around 6 weeks until a tenant is secured - empty properties do not earn money.

Our approach

Homesure is a young, exciting company and strive to offer a superior service than our competitors. We understand the sales market has totally changed in recent years as there has been a move away from expensive high street premises with massive overheads (which get passed on to clients), to a more technology based, online strategy. This environment is much faster moving. Clients expect details to be emailed straight away not posted out. Clients do not walk around offices at the weekend - they look at properties online. They ask to see Home Reports before even viewing properties. The change in the way people buy property requires a fresh, modern approach.

Investor database

We have an ever increasing database of investors waiting to buy investment property, none of which are in a chain. They are effectively cash buyers resulting in fewer problems and quicker sales. We often arrange visits by investors from all over the UK and spend a day showing them our properties. No other estate agents will pick potential buyers up from the airport and drive them around showing them your property; they will simply advertise it and turn up for viewings.

Office locations

We have town centre offices in both Ayr and Kilmarnock, which effectively covers the Ayrshire and Glasgow areas. As well as extensive online advertising, these offices act as bases to showcase properties to our investors who travel up to view investment properties.
